I'd never tried Pilates and didn't know what to expect, but Kim's inspiring teaching and affirming style has made such a difference this year for me. I'm now hooked on her classes and definitely advise others to try them! Kim is a gifted teacher who gently guides and encourages us with her support--she leads with positivity and graceful body awareness. I love how she gives tips along the way to help each person with positioning. Her classes are the most personalized and connected online classes I've done. I know I have a stronger and healthier core thanks to Kim!
