MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique designed to get you out and keep you out of pain, as well as enhance overall neurological stability by restoring the hydrated state of fascia.

What Is the MELT Method?

The MELT Method® is a gentle self-care technique designed to hydrate connective tissue (fascia), calm the nervous system, and reduce chronic pain and tension. Using soft rollers and small balls, MELT helps restore the body’s natural alignment and movement by addressing the effects of daily stress before they lead to pain or injury. It’s easy to learn, accessible for all ages, and can be done in as little as 10 minutes a day.
