By checking the box and participating in any online Pilates and/or MELT class, video, or program provided by Kim Reis Pilates, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility
I am responsible for ensuring a safe environment to participate in online Pilates and/or MELT classes. This includes having a clear workout area, stable internet connection, and appropriate equipment if required.
I agree to listen to my body and stop exercising if I feel any pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I will not hold Kim Reis/Kim Reis Pilates liable for any injury resulting from my participation.

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates and MELT involve physical movement and exercise, and I am voluntarily participating with full knowledge of the potential risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, falls, or aggravation of an existing condition.
I assume full responsibility for any injury or damages known or unknown which I might incur as a result of participating.

3. Medical Clearance
I certify that I am in good health and have consulted with my physician or understand that it is my responsibility to do so before starting this program.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Kim Reis, Kim Reis Pilates, its instructors, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, damage, or loss I may suffer from participation.

5. Online Environment Disclaimer
I understand that online classes may pose unique risks, including issues related to space, internet connectivity, and visual/audio clarity. I agree to set up my environment in a safe manner and accept responsibility for doing so.

6. Intellectual Property
I will not record, distribute, or reproduce any class content without written permission from Kim Reis Pilates.
