1. Services Provided
Kim Reis Pilates offers pre-recorded and live online Pilates classes for individual use. These may be delivered through Wix, Zoom, or other video platforms.

2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and all activities that occur under their account.

3. Payments & Subscriptions
All class fees, memberships, and packages currently remain under Kim’s “Covid Policy” which allows one to “pay what you can, when you can.” Kim and Kim Reis Pilates prioritizes your ability to access quality self-care.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Live Zoom classes may be canceled or rescheduled at any time.
- Recorded content access remains available during the active subscription period.
- If you need to cancel a class, contact Kim Reis by email to get the class credited to your account.

5. Use of Content
All class videos, descriptions, and related materials are the intellectual property of Kim Reis Pilates. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part without permission.

6. Health Disclaimer
The classes provided are not intended as medical advice. Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kim Reis or Kim Reis Pilates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Consent to Use of Media (Optional)

If I appear in a live class that is recorded or screenshots are taken, I give permission for my image to be used for promotional purposes. I understand I may opt out by notifying Kim Reis in writing.

 

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
