Terms and Conditions

​​1. Services Provided

Kim Reis Pilates offers pre-recorded and live online Pilates classes for individual use. These may be delivered through Wix, Zoom, or other video platforms.

 

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and all activities that occur under their account.

 

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Class fees, memberships, and packages are priced as listed on the Plans & Pricing page. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless other arrangements have been made directly with Kim. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out — flexible options may be available on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To receive credit for a missed class, notify Kim by email at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time.

• Class packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions expire at the end of this period.

• Kim reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances; in this case, credit will be provided.

4a. In-Person MELT Class Kim's monthly in-person MELT class takes place at a third-party facility (currently Connect and Beyond PT, Tigard, OR). Participation in this class is also subject to the policies of that facility. Kim Reis Pilates is not responsible for the condition of the facility or events outside Kim's direct instruction.

 

5. Use of Content

All class videos, descriptions, and related materials are the intellectual property of Kim Reis Pilates. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part without permission.

 

6. Health Disclaimer

The classes provided are not intended as medical advice. Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kim Reis or Kim Reis Pilates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

 

8. Consent to Use of Media 

If I appear in a live class that is recorded or screenshots are taken, I give permission for my image to be used for promotional purposes. I understand I may opt out by notifying Kim Reis in writing.

 

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
